Cannabis sales used to be done under the table, generally writing them down has historically not been the best idea.\u00a0 I\u2019ve even had DA\u2019s use peoples dreams of someday operating a cannabis business as evidence that they are illegally making a profit.\u00a0 We are moving from those times to a new era.\u00a0 The era post complete prohibition.\u00a0 Here there are disputes that go to court, and justice can finally be served.\u00a0 Some courts are less accepting than others, it seems to some that the flood gates have finally opened.<\/p>\n

Disputes between parties can be resolved informally, and we have helped disagreeing groups mediate out their problems out of court.\u00a0 Some disputes unfortunately don\u2019t take that route.\u00a0 If you are thinking of suing someone for a cannabis related contract feel free to consult with us regarding our opinion on your rights and remedies.<\/p>\n
