Police Misconduct
You have the right to have things made right.
We have experience with POLICE MISCONDUCT cases. Know your rights and fight for what you or your loved ones are entitled to. There is a lot of coverage in the Media over George Floyd and other high profile cases involving video evidence against law enforcement. Thanks to technology there is more and more evidence of wrongdoing when it happens. One bad apple can ruin the bunch.
Police misconduct includes, but is not limited to police brutality, dishonesty, fraud, coercion, torture to force confessions, abuse of authority, and sexual assault, including the demand for sexual favors in exchange for leniency. Any of these actions can increase the likelihood of a wrongful conviction. People are shocked to see how rampant police misconduct is, and how difficult it can be to civilly litigate these matters.
