What We Do
We offer consultations and representation dealing with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, specific to cannabis, in an effort to avoid criminal cases. While we specialize in educating and protecting our clients prior to charges being filed, in the unfortunate event charges are filed against a client, we do all we can to prove their innocence through aggressive defense strategies, both in and out of the courtroom.
Our primary focus in the criminal realm is the defense of our clients, facing criminal, cannabis related charges on the federal, state, and local level.
